DECA - Distributive Education Clubs of America
Because of my public speaking experience, I thought I would give DECA a try during my junior year. It was a great experience unlike any of my other activities. The business aspect of the topics covered was interesting and I really enjoy it! Last year I placed second in my local competition for retail/marketing!

Since 1st grade I have played soccer. In fifth grade I moved up to a club team with Puma FC where I had amazing coaches that cared for their players on and off of the pitch. I proudly played for BVN for 9th, 10th and 11th grade.
National Honor Society
I am a member of National Honor Society which recognizes my strong academic record as well as my community service in our community and school.
My extensive community service hours have been recognized by the Presidential Volunteer Award

BV CAPS- Center for Applied Professional Studies
Blue Valley CAPS is a unique learning experience in which students spend half of the school day working with professionals in various fields, local businesses, technical trades, and medical practices. There are many strands of study to choose from, but since I am interested in a career in the medical field,I chose these two experiences. I love it!

I was chosen by my principal and other school faculty to be one of the few student leaders in the Sources of Strength program at Blue Valley. Last year was our first year of implementation and we are building a community of support for people who need help or someone to listen.
Vibe Nutrition - Wellness Coach, Counter Staff and Cashier
From Spring 2019 to present, I have worked at Vibe Nutrition part time. I enjoy talking with customers about nutrition and helping them make positive choices for their health.
Stage Right Performing Arts -Show Choir and Musicals
After school Nanny for the Lake household
Since August 2019, I have been employed by the Lake Family. I pick up their two girls from their respective schools and care for the girls until their parents come home around 5 or 6pm each weekday of the school year. I love this family!
Since 7th grade I have been honored to be a part of Stage Right Performing Arts in their dance/show choir and A Capella choir. Music is a huge part of my life, and this group has been one of the major influences to continue to grow as a musician and performer.
