In June 2018, I was crowned Miss Kansas' Outstanding Teen 2018.  This was a goal I set for myself the year before and I worked hard to achieve the honor.  In July 2018, I represented the state of Kansas in Miss America's Outstanding Teen Competition.  This is a part of the Miss America Organization, so it is a huge honor. I was also able to attend the Miss America competition in Atlantic City, NJ.  During my time as Miss Kansas' Outstanding Teen 2018, I was able to raise over $2000 for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, visited schools and youth programs/groups spreading my message of giving back to your community, performing at many local and state events as well as continuing my own work with Alzheimer's patients.
